Ofelia the Great

We drove to El Paso just for the weekend and relaxed at my parents' home. We made sure to see Grandma Ofelia this time - she just turned 90 earlier this month. Nia got to meet her for the first time and Ilan and Aly enjoyed some sweets!

Ilan's 2nd Birthday Party

Since all the familia was in town for Nia's baptism, we thought we'd throw Ilan's birthday party a couple weeks early so we can celebrate with them. It was a busy day - the baptism at noon and Ilan's party at 3pm! Ilan had such a good time at his party - swimming and playing with his buddies.

Helloooo tighty whiteys! It's been a tough couple of days, but Ilan is now wearing big boy underwear. By the time I forget all the messiness, it will be Nia's turn for potty training ...
For now, let me enjoy the idea of only having one child in diapers!

There was a time when Gigi was the only baby in the house. She has since moved down a couple of notches. Poor thing. This reminds me how cute she is. I need to be a better mommy to her.
